started with a small discord server

just sharing knowledge and helping people out

no monetization at first

slowly community started growing

then i tested paid content:

- private channels
- deeper guides
- live sessions

biggest lessons:

- trust matters more than anything
- people dont pay for info, they pay for clarity
- community engagement > content volume

not everyone converts

but a small % is enough if your audience is right

anyone else tried monetizing a community?
