Official Escrow Rules & Procedures
1. Why use Escrow?
To ensure a safe trading environment, we provide an official Escrow service. Trading without an Escrow is done at your own risk. We do not accept responsibility for any losses incurred in trades conducted outside our Escrow system.
2. Fees and Payments
- USDT BEP-20: This is the only supported payment method for all transactions, including Escrow, deposits, and withdrawals.
- Escrow Fee: There is a fixed 5% fee for successfully completed trades using our Escrow service.
3. The Procedure
- Deposit: The buyer must deposit the full trade amount (plus the 5% fee) into the official forum wallet provided by the Escrow agent.
- Verification: Once the deposit is confirmed on-chain, the seller is notified to provide the goods or services.
- Release: After the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction, the funds are released to the seller.
4. Disputes & Appeals
- If a problem occurs (e.g., the service was not as described or the goods were not delivered), either party can open a Dispute.
- A staff member will review the logs, evidence, and transaction details.
- The decision made by the moderator/admin is final.
- Note: Any attempt to manipulate the dispute process with fake evidence will result in a permanent ban.
Wallet, Deposit & Withdrawal Policies
1. Supported Currency
The forum core and marketplace exclusively use USDT (BEP-20) for all financial operations. Ensure you are using the BSC (BNB Smart Chain) network to avoid permanent loss of funds.
2. Deposits
- Zero Commission: We do not charge any fees for depositing funds into your forum wallet.
- Confirmation: Deposits are credited automatically after 3 network confirmations.
3. Withdrawals
- Transaction Fee: A 2% commission is applied to all withdrawal requests to cover operational costs.
- Processing Time: To ensure forum security and protect against fraudulent trades, withdrawal processing can take up to 30 days.
