before anyone says it, yeah "1 hour a day" didnt happen from day 1 lol

first months were messy

testing products, dealing with suppliers, customer issues, ads burning money

but over time i started automating things:

- order fulfillment systems
- basic customer support templates
- ad testing frameworks

biggest shift was focusing on systems instead of random products

now i mostly:
- check metrics
- adjust ads
- monitor issues

rest runs on its own (more or less)

not fully passive but way more manageable

anyone else doing dropshipping here?
