not a guru post, just sharing what worked and what didnt

started as a side project, no funding, just me building stuff after work

first version was honestly trash lol

biggest mistakes early on:
- building too many features no one asked for
- ignoring feedback
- bad pricing (way too low)

what changed everything:
- focusing on one core problem
- actually talking to users
- improving onboarding

now sitting at low 5 figures/month

still far from perfect but stable
