hey guys, just wanted to share a low-risk method i've been using to net around $1500/mo without doing much technical work myself.

the concept is simple: arbitrage. i find high-quality, low-cost services on fiverr and sell them as premium packages on upwork or niche marketing forums.

how i automated the search:
i have a small python script that scrapes trending services on fiverr (like logo design, video editing, or seo audits) and compares the average price with the same services on upwork. when it finds a significant gap (e.g., $20 on fiverr vs $150 on upwork), it alerts me.

the workflow:
1. i set up professional looking upwork profiles for different niches.
2. when a client hires me on upwork, i immediately hire a pre-vetted seller on fiverr.
3. i act as the project manager, deliver the work, and keep the difference.

anyone else doing this? i'm looking for a better way to automate the upwork bidding process, those 'connects' are getting expensive :D

the hardest part is finding 'reliable' sellers on fiverr. most of them just use ai tools now and the quality is trash :/

lol upwork connects are a scam. i use a bot that only bids on 'high probability' jobs to save connects

seo audits are great for this because u can automate the actual audit with tools like ahrefs or semrush too :D
