bought a small niche site for around $500
low traffic, basic content, kinda neglected
first thing i did:
- cleaned up content
- fixed basic seo issues
- improved site speed
then focused on:
- adding more articles
- targeting better keywords
- small backlink pushes
traffic slowly started going up
not explosive but consistent
after ~4 months listed it again
sold for around $3k
not life changing but decent flip
key thing:
not every site works like this
some just dont move at all
anyone else here doing site flipping?
