some small, some doing decent traffic
main things that made it possible:
- systems > motivation
- outsourcing content
- batching everything
- not obsessing over perfection
most people fail because they treat it like 1 big project
instead of multiple small systems

- not every site works
- some die, some grow
its a numbers game tbh
