started as a solo freelancer doing random gigs

web stuff, small projects, inconsistent income

first year was messy af

no structure, bad clients, underpricing everything

then slowly things started changing:

- picked a niche instead of doing everything
- raised prices (lost some clients but worth it)
- stopped working with low quality clients

biggest shift was mindset

stopped thinking like "i need work" and started thinking like "im building a business"

fast forward 3 years

now running a small agency with a few people

not gonna lie, its not easier

more money but way more stress too

clients, deadlines, managing people etc

anyone else made this jump?

or still freelancing?
